A short drive away from Glenshesk, you find such wonders as the Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Whitepark Bay, the Carrick-a-rede rope bridge. The coastal road to Torr Head, Cushenden and Cushendall is stunning. Rathlin Island and the famous Bushmills Irish Whisky Distillery are also great places to visit.
The Causeway coast is rich with natural beauty. The National Trust has protected many miles of beautiful walks along beaches that join cliff tops to headlands from where you can watch the great tides that sweep in and out of the Irish Sea from the North Atlantic. Some of Ireland’s most famous golf clubs such as The Royal Portrush are only a few miles.
